4 `77z <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADVERTISEMENT <br />OF AN OFFER TO PURCHASE HOUSE AND LOT <br />IN HILLCREST SUBDIVISION <br />AT <br />417 SAN-LEE DRIVE <br />WHEREAS, the County of Lee acquired title to a house and lot located in <br />Hillcrest Subdivision at 417 San-Lee Drive by deed recorded in Deed Book 943 page 905 <br />in the Office of Register of Deeds for Lee County which property is more particularly <br />described as follows: <br />Beginning at a stake in the northern right of way of San-Lee Drive, SR 1509, <br />also being the southeast corner of Lot #5 of the Hillcrest Subdivision as shown <br />in map Book 1, Page 190; thence from the beginning and running with the <br />eastern line of said Lot # 5, North 18 degrees East, 150 ft. to the northeast <br />comer of said Lot # 5, also said point being in the southern line of tract of land <br />owned by Allene Hunt Jackson (Heirs) in Deed Book 460, Page 193; thence <br />South 73 degrees East, 55 ft. to the northwest corner of Lot # 7 of said Hillcrest <br />Subdivision owned by Carolyn Redding; thence with Carolyn Redding, western <br />line South 18 degrees West, 150 ft. to a point in the northern right of way of <br />San-Lee Drive, SR 1509; thence with said right of way, North 73 degrees West, <br />55 ft. to the Beginning, and being all of Lot # 6 and a 30 ft. strip east of Lot # 6, <br />said tract being described as parcel # 9653-31-5072-00, in the Lee County Land <br />Records Office. <br />WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners of the County of Lee desires to dispose <br />of said property as being surplus to their needs. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the <br />County of Lee as follows: <br />1. That the house and lot identified as 417 San-Lee Drive hereinbefore described <br />is hereby declared to be surplus to the needs of the County of Lee. <br />2. That the County of Lee has received an offer from Russell and Frances <br />Pearson for the sum of Two Thousand Eighteen Dollars ($2,018.00), the <br />property hereinbefore described. <br />3. That the County of Lee proposes to accept the offer provided deposits are <br />made in accordance with the other provisions of this resolution. <br />4. The offerors shall deposit with the Lee County Finance Office the sum of One <br />Hundred Twenty-Five Dollars ($125.00) to defray the cost of advertising and <br />
