The Comity agrees to collect the 911 funds from the state on behalf of the City and to audit and account to the state those funds received and disbursed to the City for the eligible expenses of the PSAP, in accordance with state law. 3. Service. The City will operate the PSAP in accordance with all state and federal laws governing 911. 4. Payment of 911 Funds_ The County shall remit to the City such amounts of the 911 funds as are received by the County on behalf of the City, to which the City is eligible under the law. 5. Budget. The City Manager and the County Manager shall meet annually to discuss the budget. 6. Term. This agreement shall continue until the Governing Bodies of both units of local government vote to terminate the arrangement. Notice will be given in writing to the manager at least 12 months in advance prior to the termination of dmis arrangement. 7. Modification. This contract may be modified by a signed writing executed by both parties. 8. Indemnification and Hold Harmless.
