Now First Bank wants to close by the end of this month and the <br />authority is in the position of coming to the Commissioners to request the funds from the <br />Airport Reserve fund. It was also noted that the Forestry Service will pay the Airport $125,000 <br />per year to lease the hangars. After discussion, Commissioner Womack moved to approve the <br />transfer of $270,000 to the Airport Authority from the Airport Reserve Fund for the purpose of <br />purchasing the Southeastern Aviation Hangar from First Bank, Inc., which includes approval of <br />budget amendment # 04/22/13/15, a copy of which is attached to these minutes and by this <br />reference made a part hereof. Upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Dalrymple, Frazier, Parks, Smith, and Womack <br />Nay: None <br />Absent: Knecht and Reives <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />With no further business to come before the Board, Commissioner Dalrymple moved to <br />adjourn the meeting.
