R from the Consent Agenda and placed under New Business for discussion, Commissioner Reives - Asked to discuss HB 1016 for restructuring of local funding for Medicaid, Commissioner Lemmond - Pulled Item IV. T from the Consent Agenda and placed under New Business for discussion, and Commissioner Smith - Pulled Item IV. F from the Consent Agenda and placed under New Business for discussion. Commissioner Shook moved to approve the above change and additions to the agenda.
