C. 27611 <br />16) This Lease Agreement shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of <br />North Carolina. <br />17) This Lease Agreement shall be binding upon and shall inure to the benefit of the parties hereto <br />and their respective successors and assigns. <br />18) This Lease contains the complete agreement of the parties regarding the terms and conditions of <br />the lease of the premises, and there are no oral or written conditions, terms, warranties, <br />understandings or other agreements pertaining thereto which have not been incorporated herein. <br />This Lease Agreement may be modified only by written instrument duly executed by both parties <br />or their respective successors in interest. <br />19) If any provision of this Lease shall be declared invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the <br />Lease shall continue in full force and effect. <br />THIS PORTION INTENTIONALLY LEFT BLANK <br />
