0 BOOK 21 PAGE ERC) 0 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP <br />OF LEE COUNTY, NORTH CAROLINA <br />WHEREAS, a request to amend the Official Zoning Map has been received from John C. Daniel <br />III (Case 42007-0502) to rezone approximately 0.11 acres located at 2304 Jefferson Davis <br />Highway, a portion of Lee County Tax Parcel 9631-43-6903, from Residential Restricted (RR) <br />district to Highway Commercial (HC) district, and, <br />WHEREAS, said request has been presented to the Lee County Planning Board; and <br />WHEREAS, the Lee County Board of Commissioners conducted a public hearing on May 21; <br />2007 to receive citizen input on the requested zoning map amendment; and <br />WHEREAS, the Lee County Board of Commissioners approves the request to amend the <br />Official Zoning Map of Lee County, North Carolina; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE LEE COUNTY BOARD OF <br />COMMISSIONERS: <br />The Official Zoning Map is hereby amended to rezone a portion of Lee County Tax Parcel 9631- <br />43-6903 from Residential Restricted (RR) district to Highway Commercial (HC) district.
