property. GovDeals.com is an online platform which conducts public auctions through <br /> electronic means. <br /> 2. GovDeals.com will begin the sale of the described properties on or about November 1, 2024, <br /> and will continue until the described properties are sold.The terms of the sale shall be that the <br /> property is sold in its current condition, as is,with no warranty with respect to usability of the <br /> property and subject to all terms and conditions of GovDeals.com. The county reserves the right <br /> to delete/remove from the auction or"no sale"the property. The buyer will pay the full amount <br /> before the conclusion of the auction and failure to make payment on the day of the auction <br /> cancels the buyer's bid. As one part of the collection/payment process, the buyer must pay a <br /> 12.50%Buyers Premium to GovDeals. <br /> 3. Bids must be submitted to the GovDeals.com platform,found at www.govdeals.com. <br /> 4. The Board of Commissioners authorizes the Clerk to the Board to provide an electronic-only <br /> public notice via the County's website of the electronic public auction in accordance with North <br /> Carolina General Statute§ 160A-270. <br /> 5. Notice shall be published on the County's website at least 10 days prior to the auction of the <br /> property. <br /> 6.
