f. The buyer takes title subject to any easements, encumbrances, <br /> encroachments, environmental issues, covenants, boundary issues or any <br /> other property related issues, seen or unseen. <br /> g. The buyer must pay a pro-rated portion of the Homeowner's Association <br /> dues owed for 2024 at the time of closing. <br /> 10.
