Checkpoint: Demonstration of tested system components and Customer approval <br />Once configuration anddemonstration are complete, Customer will conduct the User Acceptance <br />Testing (UAT) as discussed in the section below. <br />Training and Documentation <br />In this phase, LCI will provide the following for Customer: <br />LCI staff, along with its consultants will assist the Customer's staff with training in accessing, viewing <br />and printing data through the document repository. This training should be provided to the users that <br />will be participating in the UAT Phase to enable the Customer resources to complete the UAT. In most <br />cases, these individuals will be the users that will conduct the "Train the Trainer" sessions for all <br />remaining users. <br />• Administration and End user training sessions <br />o One (1) Train the Trainer session for up to two (2) hours (up to four (4) <br />administrators). <br />• Locating and accessing documents via Customer - specific secure <br />URL. <br />• Locating the desired file. <br />• Viewing, downloading and printing of documents <br />o Choosing a file within a folder <br />o How to print all or portions of the scanned document <br />• Importing files instead of scanning <br />• Adding and deleting pages <br />• Selecting from drop down lists <br />• Mandatory and voluntary fields <br />• Number of users on the system at one time. <br />This training will be completed utilizing actual Customer documents scanned by LCI (initial 2,500 <br />documents). <br />The Customer, once they receive training, will complete a User Acceptance Test (UAT) utilizing the initial <br />2,500 scanned documents. All training referenced in this section must be completed prior to UAT being <br />completed. (UAT is described in detail in the next section) After UAT is complete, and the Customer has <br />expressed satisfaction with training, additional training or refresher sessions may be conducted on an <br />as- needed basis for an additional cost to fees included in this Statement of Work at LCI's standard hourly <br />rates. <br />Deliverables: LCI will conduct administrator and end user training sessions for the SaaS. <br />7 <br />
