1. The Lee County Board of Commissioners hereby accepts the offer of$4,000.00 from <br /> Cheryl Crist. <br /> 2. The terms of the final sale are as follows: <br /> a. The Buyer must pay with cash, cashier's check or certified check at the <br /> time of closing. The Buyer pays the recording fee. <br /> b. The property is sold"as is" with no conditions placed on the bid. <br /> C. Title to the subject property shall be transferred to the buyer by a Non- <br /> Warranty deed. <br /> d. Advertising fees are non-refundable once spent. The Buyer must pay all <br /> advertising costs over$200.00. <br /> e. The County Attorney does not perform title searches on the property and <br /> the Offeror can and is encouraged to retain their own attorney to perform <br /> such title search. <br /> f. The Buyer takes the property subject to any easements, encroachments, <br /> encumbrances, environmental conditions,boundary issues, restrictive <br /> covenants, title issues, or other property conditions,known or unknown. <br /> g. The Buyer takes the property subject to the current Homeowner's Dues of <br /> $475.00 which will be pro-rated at closing. <br /> 3.
