0 0 <br />BOOK 21 PAGt 510 <br />2. DUTIES. Employee accepts said appointment as additional duties to her present <br />duties as the Finance Director. As Interim County Manager, she will perform the <br />duties, responsibilities and powers of the Office of County Manager as set out in <br />the North Carolina General Statues, and any other duties which may be <br />delegated or assigned to her by the Board, either by general resolution or <br />specific order. <br />3. TERM. Employee will serve as Interim County Manager at the pleasure of the <br />Board, or until the vacancy in the Office of County Manager is filled. <br />4. COMPENSATION. As compensation for serving in the dual capacity as Interim <br />County Manager and Finance Director, she shall receive an increase in salary of <br />thirty percent of her present salary.
