Carroll Rickard, Jail <br />Eric Griffin, Emergency Services <br />Brenda Potts, Social Services <br />Mike Hanes, Health Department <br />Pam Patterson, Lee County Schools <br />Financing of CIP Projects Ted Cole and Bob High, Davenport & <br />Company <br />2008-2012 CIP Lisa Minter, Lee County Finance <br />The Board took no action on items discussed during the Retreat; however, <br />resolutions will be presented for consideration at the February 19, 2007, meeting <br />addressing the following: <br />• Readopt the Lee County Mission and Values Statement approved <br />at the February 2005 Retreat to include "family" as part of the <br />Core Values; <br />• Reaffirm and amend Rules of Procedure to address the following: <br />- Items added to the agenda will be voted on by separate <br />motion and <br />- No qualifying needed once the vote is taken <br />• Create a 911 Advisory Board of stakeholders for 911 <br />Communication issues; <br />• Encourage the Fire Advisory Board to continue with planning and <br />recommendations to address fire service improvement matters; <br />and <br />• Establish a County Facility Planning Committee to recommend <br />solutions to County space concerns <br />2 <br />
