0 0 <br />BOOK A Pt,GE 446 <br />LEE COUNTY <br />Committed Today for a Better Tomorrow <br />MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL BOARD RETREAT <br />OF THE <br />BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />FOR THE <br />COUNTY OF LEE, STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA <br />FEBRUARY 12-13,2007 <br />The special Board Retreat with the Board of Commissioners for the <br />County of Lee, State of North Carolina, convened at 8:00 a.m. each morning on <br />February 12-13, 2007, at the Broadway Community Building, 111 N. Main Street, <br />Broadway, North Carolina. Commissioners present were Robert H. Brown, <br />James C. Kelly, Jerry M. Lemmond, Nathan E. Paschal, Linda A. Shook, and <br />Amy L. Stevens. Commissioner Robert T. Reives attended the February 13, <br />2007 afternoon sessions. Other staff members present included County <br />Manager David Smitherman, Assistant County Manager Kenny Cole, County <br />Attorney K. R. Hoyle, Clerk to the Board Gaynell Lee, and Management Team <br />members Debbie Davidson, Brenda Potts, Ryan Draughn, Eric Griffin, John <br />Payne, and Lisa Minter. <br />Ms. Vaughn Upshaw from the School of Government in Chapel Hill <br />facilitated the morning session of February 12, 2007.
