BK -00025 PG-0328 <br />Fire Inspections, Planning /Zoning (of which Broadway pays the City of Sanford $8,000 per <br />year to handle), Building Inspections, GIS Services, Library Services and Parks and <br />Recreation. <br />After discussion it was agreed that County Manager John Crumpton and Broadway <br />Town Manager Bob Stevens would meet and work on all the joint agreements for future study. <br />At this time, County Manager John Crumpton gave an update on the upcoming <br />revaluation project and presented sales tax distribution numbers. He stated that the Town of <br />Broadway will see a decrease of $104,740.84 if the sales tax distribution is changed from the <br />current Per Capita method to the Ad Valorem method. Discussion followed but no action was <br />taken but it was agreed that County Manager John Crumpton and Broadway Town Manager <br />Bob Stevens would meet and work on the issue. <br />With no further business to come before the Boards', the Broadway Board of <br />Commissioners moved to adjourn. <br />Commissioner Dalrymple moved to adjourn the meeting for the Lee County Board of <br />Commissioners. Upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Dalrymple, Frazier, Knecht, Parks, Smith, and Womack <br />Nay: None <br />Absent: Reives <br />Chairman Parks ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously and the meeting <br />adjourned at 7:25 p.m. <br />Charles T.
