NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF <br />COMMISSIONERS FOR THE COUNTY OF LEE, AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. That Lee County elects to use the procedure of <br />Chapter 160A, Article 11, in exercising the power of eminent domain. <br />Section 2. The description of the lot, tract or parcel of land in <br />which property rights are intended to be acquired by the County of Lee is set forth in <br />Exhibit "A" annexed to this resolution and incorporated herein by reference. <br />Section 3. The nature of the right, title or interest to be acquired <br />in the property is a perpetual right and easement to clear and remove all obstructions <br />from the airspace over the lands described and depicted in Exhibit "A" in conformity <br />with the height limitations established by the Lee County Airport Height Hazard <br />Ordinance, a copy of which is annexed to this resolution as Exhibit "B" and incor- <br />porated herein by reference. <br />Section 4. The purpose for acquiring the aforesaid Easement is to <br />enlarge, improve and extend the Sanford-Lee County Airport. <br />Section 5. The owner(s) of the property will be permitted to remove <br />all or any portion of any buildings, structures, permanent improvement or fixtures <br />situated on or affixed to the property lying within the aforesaid Easement. <br />Section 6. The name and address of the owner(s) of the property <br />and all other persons known to'have an interest in the property are as follows: <br />JOE D. The composition, method of selection and general duties <br />of the Board of Appraisers of the property sought to be condemned shall be as set <br />forth in Section 248, 249, and 250 of Chapter 160A of the General Statutes of North <br />Carolina, to wit: <br />
