The Board of Appeals shall fix a reasonable time for hearing appeals, give public notice and due notice to the parties in interest, and decide the same within a reasonable time. Upon the hearing, any party may appear in person or by agent or by attorney 5. The Board of Appeals may, in conformity with the provisioD of this Ordinance,: reverse, or affirm, in whole or in past, or modify the order, requirement, decision, or determination appealed from and may oeke such order, requirement, decision, or determination, as may be appropriate under the circumstances. SECTION Y?: JUDICIAL, REVIEW Any person aggrieved, or any taxpayer affected by any decision of the Board of Anneals, may appeal to the 11th District Superior Court as provided in Section 34 of Chapter 63 of the Public Laws of Borth Carolina. SEC1^10ir' YII: PE:A?,T1ES Each violation of this Ordinance or of any regulation, order, or ruling promulgated hereunder shall constitute a misdemeanor and be punishable by a fine of not more than fifty dollars or imprisonment for not more than 30 days or both; and each day a violation continaes to exist shall constitute a separate offense.
