NOOK <br />RESOLUTION OF THE LEE COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />ESTABLISHING JUST COMPENSATION FOR A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND <br />IN SANFORD, NORTH CAROLINA <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br />WHEREAS, an appraisal report by Mr. Clyde Burge for a <br />parcel shown on the attachments to this resolution, was presented <br />to the Lee County Board of Commissioners for their review; and <br />WHEREAS, a review appraiser's (Mr. Albert Adcock), Fair <br />Market Value determination and his report therein was reviewed by <br />the Lee County Board of Commissioners at the meeting held on <br />December 29, 1950; and <br />WHEREAS, information pertaining to the name of owner, parcel <br />number and location was available to each member of the Board of <br />Commissioners; and <br />• WHEREAS, the Lee County Board of Commissioners wish to <br />establish just compensation for each parcel to be acquired by <br />the Lee County Board of Commissioners; and <br />WHEREAS, the delimits of the property and the interest to <br />be acquired therein was presented to the Board of Commissioners; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: <br />THAT, the Board of Commissioners of the County of Lee certifies <br />that the work of the appraiser and the review appraiser, with <br />respect to each property has been performed in a competent manner <br />in accordance with applicable State law, the Uniform Relocation <br />Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act of 1970, Public <br />Law 91-646, and the Department of Housing and Urban Development <br />policies and requirements; and <br />THAT, Just Compensation is hereby established for each of <br />the parcels as follows: <br />Area Interest to Established Fair <br />Parcel T Acres Owner be Acquired Market Value <br />1 0.592 Dan C.
