60 OK 9 871 <br />Appropriation Adjustment #810101 <br />Section 1. The appropriations to Account #10-465-04 <br />is hereby increased by the amount of $2, 000. 00. <br />Section 2. A new account entitled "Hospital Repair" <br />#10-500-15A is ordered created and $10,000.00 is hereby <br />appropriated to said account. <br />Section 3. The General Fund Revenue Estimates "Rents" <br />#10-331-00 are hereby increased by $12, 000. 00. <br />Commissioner Jack D. Funderburke seconded the motion and upon a <br />roll call vote,. Messrs. Dotterer, Funderburke, Nielsen, Harmon and Wicker voted <br />for it and no one voted against it. <br />The County Attorney was directed to contact the attorney for the Lee <br />County Hospital concerning the status of that corporation and its operations. <br />In accordance with the request forwarded to the Commission <br />from Judith E. Wilson, Chair Person on the Lee County Commission on Youth, it <br />was resolved to authorize an amendment to the by-laws of the Commission on Youth, to <br />reduce membership on the Commission from 21 to 15 members. This motion was made <br />by Commissioner John E. Dotterer, seconded by Commissioner Lila P. Nielsen, and <br />unanimously adopted upon a vote. <br />Commissioner John E. Dotterer moved that the Reverend J. David <br />Hill, Youth Services Director, be covered by the County Retirement Plan. Commissioner <br />Jack D. Funderburke seconded the motion and upon a vote it was unanimously adopted. <br />The monthly relief report as prepared by the Lee County Tax Super- <br />visor's office was presented to the Board. The matter was reviewed and discussed <br />following which Commissioner John E. Dotterer moved that the request of the tax- <br />payers listed on the report be approved and relief granted as set forth in said report. <br />Commissioner Lila P. Nielsen seconded the motion and upon a vote it was unanimously <br />adopted. <br />The Board next discussed the medical bills at the jail.and Commissioner <br />Gordon A. Wicker brought up for discussion the status of the X- Ray machine at the <br />Health Department. <br />
