aooK 9 , r 892 RESOLUTION OF THE LEE COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS ESTABLISHING JUST COMPENSATION FOR A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND IN SANFORD, NORTH CAROLINA * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * WHEREAS, an appraisal report by Mr. Clyde Burge for a parcel shown on the attachments to this resolution, was presented to the Lee County Board of Commissioners for their review; and I'iHEREAS, a review appraiser's (Mr. Albert Adcock), Fair Market Value determination and his 'report therein was reviewed by the Lee Countv Board of Commissioners at the meeting held on February 2, 1981; and WHEREAS, the owner did not wish to sell the real property but was willing to sell the improvements only for demolition in order to carry out the Community Development Project =B-80-DN-37. 0071; and WHEREAS, information pertaining to the name of the owner, parce number and location noted in Lee County Registry Book No. 37, Page 586, was available to each member of the Board of Commissioners; and WHEREAS, the Lee County Board of Commissioners wish to establish just compensation for improvements only to be acquired by the Lee County Board of Commissioners; and WHEREAS, the delimits of the property and the interest to be acquired therein was presented to the Board of Commissioners; NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: THAT, The Board of Commissioners of the County of Lee certifies that the work of the appraiser and the review appraiser. with respect to each property has been performed in a competent manner in accordance with applicable State law, the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act of 1970, Public Law 91-646, and the Department of Housing and Urban Development policies and requirements; and THAT, Just Compensation is hereby established for the improvements as follows; Area Interest to Established Fair Parcel f Acres Owners be Acquired Market Value 1 House Donell Quick wife Improvements $2,100.00 Only Ruth F.
