894 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE LEE COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />ESTABLISHING JUST COMPENSATION FOR A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND <br />IN SAN-FORD, NORTH CAROLINA <br />WHEREAS, an appraisal report by Mr. Clyde Burge for a <br />parcel shown on the attachments to this resolution, was presented <br />to the Lee County Board of Commissioners for their review; and <br />WHEREAS, a review appraiser's (Mr. Albert Adcock), Fair <br />Market Value determination and his report therein was reviewed by <br />the Lee County Board of Commissioners at the meeting held on <br />February 2, 1981; and <br />WHEREAS, the owner did not wish to sell the real property <br />but was willing to sell the improvements only for demolition in <br />order to carry out the Community Development Project "B-80-DN-37-0071; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, information pertaining to the name of the owner, parce. <br />number and location noted in Lee County Registry Book No. Ill Page <br />489, was available to each member of the Board of Commissioners; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Lee County Board of Commissioners wish to <br />establish just compensation for improvements only to be acquired <br />by the Lee County Board of Commissioners; and <br />WHEREAS, the delimits of the property and the interest <br />to be acquired therein was presented to the Board of Commissioners; <br />NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: <br />THAT, The Board of Commissioners of the County of Lee <br />certifies that the work of the appraiser and the review appraiser; <br />with respect to each property has been performed in a competent <br />manner in accordance with applicable State law, the Uniform <br />Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act <br />of 1970, Public Law 91-646, and the Department of Housing and <br />Urban Development policies and requirements; and <br />THAT, Just Compensation is hereby established for the <br />improvements as follows; <br />Area Interest to Established Fair <br />Parcel Acres Owners be Acquired Market Value <br />1 House` Harriette Austin Robinson No Value <br />Only S Manual McIver Improvements <br />Only <br />4 , U <br />ADOPTED tai 2nd~iAY of Februarv /1981.. <br />K.S.
