Ms. Brooks discussed <br />the matter on whether to dissolve the existing board and create a new Environmental Review Advisory <br />Committee. Specific points made were to show what the EAB has worked on in the past, an overview <br />of existing by -laws, and skill sets of the current membership. She also asked the Board of <br />Commissioners to consider the ideas presented for creating a better review board without disbanding <br />the existing Environmental Affairs Board. <br />2 <br />
