PROGRAM IMPLEMENTATION <br />A. Acquisition (If required) <br />• Preparation of acquisition guidelines for review and adoption. <br />• Proper notifications to property owner(s). <br />• Selection of qualified appraisers and review appraisers: prepare request for <br />proposals, evaluate proposals received, make recommendations as to <br />selection of contractors, and prepare service contracts for execution by the <br />County and the contractors. <br />• Preparation of Resolution Establishing Just Compensation for property to be <br />acquired. <br />• Negotiation of purchase price with the property owner. <br />• Assistance with settlement of the transaction to include assistance with <br />transaction closing. <br />B.
