0 <br />E <br />SECTION 13. There is hereby levied a tax of 67Q per one hundred dollars <br />• ($100) valuation of property listed for taxes as of January 1, 1981, for the <br />purpose of raising the revenue listed as "Current Year Property Tax" in the <br />General Fund in Section 2 of this ordinance. <br />This rate of tax is based on an estimated total valuation of property for <br />purpose of taxation of $825,000,000 and an estimated collection rate of 96%. <br />The estimated rate of collection is based on the fiscal 1979-80 collection <br />rate of 96.24%. It is,estimated that the collection rate for fiscal year <br />1980-81 will be 97.5%. <br />SECTION 14. The Budget Officer is hereby authorized to transfer appropriations <br />within a fund as contained herein under the following conditions: <br />(a) He may transfer amounts between objects of expenditure within a <br />department without limitation. <br />(b) He may transfer amounts up to $1,000.00 between departments of the <br />is <br />same fund. <br />(c) He may not transfer any amounts between funds nor from any Contingency <br />appropriation within any fund. <br />(d) A report of all such transfers shall be made to the Board at their <br />next regularly scheduled meeting. <br />SECTION 15. There is hereby levied a tax at the rate of seven cents (7C) per <br />C <br />one hundred dollars ($100) valuation of property listed for taxes as of January 1, <br />1981 located within the Carolina Trace Fire District for the raising of revenue for <br />said district. <br />This rate of tax is based on an estimated total valuation of $44,797,389 <br />for purposes of taxation and an estimated collection rate of 96%. The collection <br />rate for Fiscal Year 1979-80 was 96.24% <br />It is estimated that collections for <br />Fiscal Year 1980-81 will be 97.5%. <br />SECTION 16. Copies of this Budget Ordinance shall be furnished the Budget <br />Officer, the Finance Office, and the Tax Supervisor for direction in carrying out <br />their duties. <br />
