LPA Review of Develot~ment Prouosals. <br />No buildinq shall be erected, placed or altered on any <br />parcel in the CDP area until the building design, as shown <br />by the plans, spec-i.t:i.cations, and plot plan showing the <br />location of such bu:i.ld:i.nq, have been approved in writing <br />as to harmony of cxCCrnal. des.i.yn with existing structures <br />in the areas in which the buildinq is proposed to be lo- <br />cated and as to location with respect to topography and <br />finish grade elevations. External design shall be con- <br />strued to :include the entire site development of the <br />parcel, including landscaping, signs, fences, walls, <br />parking areas, and other appurtenances. Each approval may <br />be given only by the LPA. <br />In the event the LPA fails to approve or disapprove a <br />design and location within forty-five (45) days after such <br />plans and specifications have been submitted to it, or, in <br />the event, -if no suit to enjoin the erection of such build- <br />ing or the making of such alterations has been commenced <br />prior to the completion thereof, such approval will not be <br />required and this covenant will be deemed to have been <br />fully complied with. <br />6. Provision I-or Low and Moderate Income Housing. <br />on land to be disposed of by the LPA for residential <br />development at least twenty (20) percent of the total hous- <br />® ing units provided shall be For families and individuals <br />of low income. <br />F. Other Provisions Necessary W Meet State and Local Requirements. <br />1. Preliminary Site Plan Neighborhood Development Program <br />Area. <br />The "Preliminary Site Plan Community Development Program <br />Area" indicates a tentative scheme for the redevelopment <br />of the CDP area. This scheme will be modified according <br />to the individual desires of redevelopers, but all exist- <br />ing and proposed buiLdi.ngs will be subject to the land use <br />designations and standards contained in this plan. <br />2. Proposed Changes in [,on:i.n, - <br />The effectuation of the land use provisions of the Rede- <br />velopment Plan will require zoning changes as indicated <br />on the "Proposed zoning Map". <br />3. Proposed Changes in Street Layout. <br />Proposed new streets and changes in street alignment <br />within the CDP area are indicated on the "Land Use Map <br />Community Development Program Area". <br />4.
