f 500K 10 PAGE 234 <br />MINUTES OF THE ADJOURNED REGULAR <br />MEETING OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />FOR LEE COUNTY, NORTH CAROLINA <br />Friday, August 7th, 1981 <br /> <br />The adjourned regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners <br />for the County of Lee, North Carolina, convened'iin the Commissioners <br />Room in the County Office Building, 200 wicker Street,. Sanford, <br />North Carolina, at 2:00 o'clock p.m., on Friday, August 7th, 1981, <br />the same being the time, date, and place specified in the motion <br />of adjournment. The purpose of this adjourned meeting was to <br />open bids on the County's Data Processing System. Those present <br />when the meeting opened were Commissioners K.S. Harmon and Lila <br />P, Nielsen. <br />Chairman K.S. Harmon opened the meeting by explaining <br />the purpose of the meeting was only to open bids on the data <br />processing system and that no action would be taken on the bids <br />until they have been reviewed and studied. <br />The Chairman instructed the County Manager and Mr. <br />Jeff Hunter, a representative from the Center for Urban Affairs <br />to open the bids received. The bids received are as shown on <br />the bid tabulation sheet which is attached hereto and by this <br />reference made a part hereof. The bids were taken under advise- <br />ment and no formal action was taken at this time. <br />The Chairman asked the vendors present if there were <br />any questions and thanked them for submitting their bids. <br />There being no further business the meeting was adjourned. <br />h <br />armon <br />
