Page 3 HOK 10 PACE 246 • Rates for services other than the installation of equipment and regular subscriber services, including, but not limited to, advertising, leased channels, and other auxiliary services, shall be established by the Company pursuant to the rules of the Federal Communications Commission. SECTION 7. The Company shall provide free installation of one drop to each public school within the area served of the County of Lee. Additional public school drops shall be installed and billed at the Company's cost. There shall be no monthly service charge for the first drop in each public school. The Company shall provide, at its own cost, one drop in each county-owned building within the City 'and County, at its expense, shall have the right to put additional drops in said buildings. There shall..be no monthly service charges to the County for said drops. SECTION 8. The Company shall indemnify and hold the County harmless at all times during the term of this franchise from and against all claims for injury and damages to persons or property, both real and personal, caused by the construction, erection, operation and maintenance of any • structure, equipment, appliance, or products authorized or used pursuant to the authority of this franchise. The Company shall 'carry insurance in such form as shall protect the County and themselves from and against any and all claims for injury or damages to persons or property, both real and personal, caused by the construction, erection, operation or maintenance of any structure, equipment, appliance or products authorized or used pursuant to authority of this franchise, and the amount of such insurance against liability due to damage to property shall be not less than One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00) as to any one person, and Two Hundred Thousand Dollars ($200,000.00) as to any one accident, and against liability due to injury or death to persons One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00) as to any one person and Three Hundred Thousand Dollars ($300,000.00) as to any one accident. The Company, upon receipt of notice in writing from the County, shall defend, at its own expense, any action or proceeding against the County of Lee in which it is claimed that personal injury or property damage arose from the Company's activities in the operation of its television system. ® The Company shall also maintain in full force and effect throughout the duration of this franchise ordinance sufficient Workmen's Compensation Insurance coverage to adquately and fully protect its agents and employees as required by law.
