• - 6 <br />aeon 10 Pr,sr 260 <br />The County Manager, Mr. W. B. Harman, Jr. , reported to the <br />Board that a deed from the Board of Education for the Lemon Springs Teacherage <br />had been received. Commissioner Gordon A. Wicker moved that the Board accept <br />the deed and order it recorded, Commissioner Lila P, Nielsen seconded the motion <br />and upon a vote it was unanimously adopted. Commissioner Gordon A. Wicker <br />moved that the County Manager be authorized to negotiate with the Lemon Springs <br />Fire Department for use of the Teacherage property. Commissioner Lila P. <br />Nielsen seconded the motion and upon a vote it was unanimously adopted. <br />The County Manager reported on the insurance program for former <br />hospital employees, <br />The Board next discussed the hospital feasibility study report. <br />Mr. Derrell Mullins reviewed the report and presented the possibilities available <br />to the Board. Commissioner John E. Dotterer moved that the report be received <br />as information and that the Board express its thanks to Mr. Mullins and to Mr. <br />Hardin, Mechanical Engineer, for their services. Commissioner Gordon A. Wicker <br />seconded the motion and upon a vote it was unanimously adopted. The Board continued <br />to discuss the use of the building and to debate the various alternatives available to it. <br />Commissioner John E. Dotterer moved that consideration of the report be tabled. <br />Commissioner Gordon A. Wicker seconded the motion and upon a vote it was unani- <br />mously adopted. <br />There being no further business to come before the meeting, it was <br />adjourned. <br />CHAIRMAN <br />
