Upon a vote, the results were as follows: Aye: Brown, Kelly, Lemmond, Quiggle, Reives, and Shook No: None Absent: Paschal The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. Commissioner Lemmond moved to approve the Consent Agenda as presented, which consisted of the following items: • Minutes from the November 5, 2007 closed session, • Minutes from the April 7, 2008 regular meeting; • Tax Releases and Refunds for March 2008 (copy attached); • Proclamation for Asthma Awareness Month (copy attached), and • Proclamation for Animal Control Officers Week (copy attached) Upon a vote, the results were as follows: Aye: Brown, Kelly, Lemmond, Quiggle, Reives, and Shook Nay: None Absent: Paschal The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. No one signed up to speak during the Public Comments section of the meeting. Health Director Mike Hanes answered questions pertaining to items pulled from the Consent Agenda by Commissioner Shook. After some discussion, Commissioner Shook moved to approve the following items that had been pulled from the Consent Agenda: • Acceptance of $15,000 of Aid to County monies for the Health Department, • Acceptance of $4,266 of Medicaid Time Study funds for the Health Department, • Annual Consolidated Agreement with the Lee County Health Department and the State Division of Health Services, and • Budget Amendment # 04/21/08/#21 (copy attached) Upon a vote, the results were as follows: Aye: Brown, Kelly, Lemmond, Quiggle, Reives, and Shook Nay: None Absent: Paschal The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously.
