Upon a vote, the <br />results were as follows: <br />Aye: Brown, Kelly, Lemmond, Quiggle, Reives, and Shook <br />No: None <br />Absent: Paschal <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />Commissioner Lemmond moved to approve the Consent Agenda as presented, which <br />consisted of the following items: <br />• Minutes from the November 5, 2007 closed session, <br />• Minutes from the April 7, 2008 regular meeting; <br />• Tax Releases and Refunds for March 2008 (copy attached); <br />• Proclamation for Asthma Awareness Month (copy attached), and <br />• Proclamation for Animal Control Officers Week (copy attached) <br />Upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Brown, Kelly, Lemmond, Quiggle, Reives, and Shook <br />Nay: None <br />Absent: Paschal <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />No one signed up to speak during the Public Comments section of the meeting. <br />Health Director Mike Hanes answered questions pertaining to items pulled from the Consent <br />Agenda by Commissioner Shook. After some discussion, Commissioner Shook moved to approve <br />the following items that had been pulled from the Consent Agenda: <br />• Acceptance of $15,000 of Aid to County monies for the Health Department, <br />• Acceptance of $4,266 of Medicaid Time Study funds for the Health <br />Department, <br />• Annual Consolidated Agreement with the Lee County Health Department <br />and the State Division of Health Services, and <br />• Budget Amendment # 04/21/08/#21 (copy attached) <br />Upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Brown, Kelly, Lemmond, Quiggle, Reives, and Shook <br />Nay: None <br />Absent: Paschal <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />Mr. Rick Edwards from Cityscape Consultants discussed a proposed telecommunication <br />towers master plan for Lee County.
