0 BOOK 22 Pact 4 <br />The Board considered additions/changes to the agenda. With no additions or corrections <br />submitted, Commissioner Lemmond moved to approve the agenda as printed. Upon a vote, the <br />results were as follows: <br />Aye: Brown, Kelly, Lemmond, Paschal. Quiggle, Reives, and Shook <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />Commissioner Reives moved to approve the Consent Agenda as presented, which <br />consisted of the following items: <br />• Minutes from the January 7, 2008 regular meeting, <br />• Approval to apply for 2008 Community Waste Reduction and Recycling Grants, <br />• Tax Releases and Refunds for December 2007 (copy attached): <br />• Release and termination of easement on Tramway Road to The North Carolina <br />Agricultural Foundation, Inc., <br />• Budget Amendment # 01/22/08/#14 (copy attached), <br />• Acceptance of 48 Blood Pressure Cuffs and 44 Glucometers to the Lee County <br />Health Department - total estimated value of $4,557, <br />• Program Start-Up-Manual Resolution for Community Development Block Grant <br />(CDBG) program (copy attached), and <br />• Resolution in memory of Judge William A. Christian (copy attached) <br />Upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Brown, Kelly, Lemmond, Paschal, Quiggle, Reives, and Shook <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />Commissioner Reives read a resolution in memory of Judge William A.
