OLD BUSINESS <br /> IV.A Approval of Resolution Authorizing and Approving the Refinancing of an <br /> Installment Financing Agreement Entered into by the County to Acquire a Site and <br /> Existing Facilities to be used Primarily by Central Carolina Community College and <br /> the Financing of Additional Improvements to such Site through the Issuance of a <br /> Not to Exceed $7,700,000 Limited Obligation Bond and the Execution of Certain <br /> Documents in Connection Therewith <br /> Finance Director Candace Iceman presented this item to the Board. Ms. Iceman <br /> said as the County moves ahead with the sale of the Limited Obligation Bond to <br /> refinance the existing instalment financing agreement regarding the E. Eugene <br /> Moore Center as well as the cost of additional improvements and expenses related <br /> to the refinancing, several financing documents will need to be executed. The Board <br /> is being asked to approve a Resolution Authorizing and Approving the Refinancing <br /> of an Installment Financing Agreement Entered into by the County to Acquire a Site <br /> and Existing Facilities to be used Primarily by Central Carolina Community College <br /> (CCCC) and the Financing of Additional Improvements to such Site through the <br /> Issuance of a Note to Exceed$7,700,000 Limited Obligation Bond and the Execution <br /> of Certain Documents in Connection Therewith. County Manager Lisa Minter said <br /> the master trust agreement will cover future bonds and that supplemental trusts will <br /> need to be added. She said this was anticipated due to the additional phases <br /> needed for the project.
