MANAGERS REPORTS <br /> County Manager Lisa Minter said at the last meeting she was asked to provide <br /> information on the CCCC library and Moore Center projects. Information was <br /> distributed to the Board. Mrs. Minter said staff is currently working on the information <br /> related to the pay plan. She asked for the Board's guidance on whether to have a <br /> special called meeting to have the consultant present the pay plan or to have staff <br /> present. The consultant was not available during either the April or May regular <br /> meetings. The Board gave consensus that the information be presented by staff. <br /> VII. COMMISSIONERS' COMMENTS <br /> Commissioner Bill Carver requested that the Board evaluate the impact of incorporating a <br /> supplement for teachers in the County's budget due to the overwhelming support <br /> expressed for the supplement at the Sanford Area Growth Alliance Public Policy <br /> Luncheon event. Mrs. Minter said budget meetings will begin prior to the regular meeting <br /> on May 15th. Chairman Smith shared a letter issued from the Governor's Office regarding <br /> the NC Parks and Recreation Authority, a matching grant in the amount of$400,000 for <br /> the O.T. Sloan Accessibility Project. <br /> Vill.
