Attach additional pages if necessary. <br /> I am requesting an exception to Section(s) UOO Table 47-t RA:onng-40,000t -mum of the Subdivision Ordinance. <br /> UDO§6.6.3.2-any proposed subdrvtsion proposing more than We lots shall require the additional lots to be sensed by a newly constructed inlernal public street <br /> I believe that this exception should be granted because: <br /> Lots 8-S,18-S.10-S,and 9-S were created to be used as remote sites for the sewer for lots 8,9,10&18 and are smaller than the RA requirements. <br /> These lots were created under the supervision of a soil scientist and were reviewed by the Lne County Health Department. <br /> As per review by Mr.Andrew Currin,Environmental Health Supervisor for the Lee County Health Department, NC DHHS Environmental Health Section <br /> "On-site Wastewater Protection Branch's 2016 Innovative Wastewater Approval for OH-Site Systems" will be the basis for how the approval process <br /> for the shared septic easement and applicable lots and off-site easements will be with Lee County Environmental Health. This State approval is specifically <br /> for Off-Site System standards enforced by G.S.130A-343 and 15A NCAC 18A.1969. <br /> As per LIDO 6.6.3.2 Lots 9-S and 10-S are non buildable remote septic lots that are accessed by a 15'easement for inspections and repairs. <br /> CERTIFICATION <br /> I hereby certify that the information presented in this application is accurate and correct to the best of my <br /> knowledge.
