If the plat is <br /> to be submitted in two or more phases, a Master Plan shall be submitted which shows the preliminary plat for <br /> the entire subdivision. A preliminary plat shall not be placed on the local Planning Board agenda until it has <br /> been deemed complete by the Zoning & Design Review Dept. No final plat shall be approved until a <br /> preliminary plat has been approved by the appropriate Planning Board and governing board. The preliminary <br /> plat shall be valid for two years after its final approval by the boards and shall become void if the final plan is <br /> not approved & recorded within this time period. <br /> DEADLINE: 2nd Friday of each month at 12:00pm (noon). <br /> MEETING DATE: Sanford PB meets the 3rd Tuesday of each month at 6pm, if there are items to review <br /> Lee Co.
