LEE COUNTY <br /> BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS STAFF REPORT <br /> February 61h, 2023 <br /> MAJOR SUBDIVISION PRELIMINARY PLAT REVIEW <br /> COPPER RIDGE ESTATES SUBDIVISION <br /> PLANNING BOARD RECOMMENDATION: <br /> The Planning Board met on January 9`h and recommended that the Board of Commissioners <br /> approve the preliminary plat for the Copper Ridge Estates subdivision as submitted, and to <br /> approve the Subdivision Exception requested by the applicant to allow for the creation of four <br /> non-developable lots to be utilized for off-site remote septic systems. Topics of discussion <br /> among the Planning Board included: <br /> • Functionality of the septic systems for Lots 8, 9, 10, and 18 (to utilize off-site <br /> septic systems on Lots 8-S, 9-S, 10-S, and 18-S).
