The buyer must sign a written waiver acknowledging existing physical <br /> encroachment on the real property and must agree that the County is not <br /> liable or responsible for removal or for any damages or costs associated <br /> with the encroachment. <br /> 10. The Board of Commissioners may, at any time, reject any and all offers. <br /> 11.
