Sravya Suryadevara, WSP's North Carolina Traffic Lead will continue <br /> to serve as the project manager. <br /> WSP agrees to perform the services in the lump sum amount of$80,688.51. This proposal is valid for 45 <br /> days. Upon notice to proceed,the services are estimated to be completed in 120 business days. The services <br /> consist of following services: <br /> • Coordination with the Lee County, NCDOT and City of Sanford <br /> • Design of the roadway improvements associated with the proposed Lee County Multi-sports Park <br /> Invoices for interim payments shall be prepared by WSP on WSP's standard form and submitted every four <br /> (4)weeks to the Client. Each invoice shall be prepared to request payment of the portion of the lump sum <br /> amount in proportion to the percentage of Services rendered during the invoice period to the total of <br /> Services to be provided hereunder. Such invoices shall be paid to WSP by the Client within fourteen (14) <br /> days of presentation to the Client. <br /> Please acknowledge your acceptance of this proposal that still refers to the original WSP USA Inc.Standard <br /> Terms and Conditions, dated January 1, 2018, by signing and returning one to the undersigned.
