<br />The increases within the above - listed rate classes would vary by rate schedule.
<br />The Company requested that the proposed rates become effective on November
<br />11, 2012; however, the Commission has issued an order suspending the Company's
<br />proposed rate changes for a period of up to 270 days from and after November 11,
<br />2012.
<br />' The table includes revenue changes resulting from the general rate case, including the effects
<br />of the proposed transfer of the DSDR program from the DSM /EE Rider to base rates, the proposed
<br />Industrial Economic Recovery Rider, and the revenue impacts associated with certain riders/charges that
<br />have been approved, or are currently pending before the utilities Commission in other dockets.
<br />Revenues also include the impacts associated with the adjustments for revenues related to the DSM /EE
<br />rider and REPS rider as illustrated in Company Witness O'Sheasy Direct Exhibit 3.
