Term Contract 070B <br />Non E- Procurement Users <br />The E- Procurement Public View will be the only place for Non E- Procurement Users to view the item /pricing <br />information. <br />a. Delivery <br />All vehicles ordered for the NC State Highway Patrol and Butner Public Safety shall be delivered to the Highway <br />Patrol C &L Garage; 1300 Blue Ridge Road, Raleigh, NC. <br />All vehicles ordered for the State Bureau of Investigation (SBI) shall be delivered to the State Bureau of <br />Investigation; 3320 Garner Road, Raleigh, NC. <br />All vehicles ordered for Motor Fleet Management (MFM) and Agency Law Enforcement (ALE) shall be delivered <br />to the Motor Fleet Management Garage; 1915 Blue Ridge Road, Raleigh, NC. <br />All other vehicles ordered shall be delivered to a central pick -up (authorized dealership) point located within Wake <br />County, as designated on the purchase order. <br />Note: Vendors participating on this contract were able to waive the "central pick -up point for all other vehicles, <br />and deliver those directly to the customers throughout the State. Vendors agreeing to this include: <br />Butler Chrysler Dodge Jeep. <br />Contractor assumes full responsibility for any damages and resulting repair, during transit and storage until <br />vehicle is picked up by the agency. However, it is incumbent upon the agency to pick -up the vehicle as quickly as <br />reasonably possible. Vehicle shall be inspected by the user at the pick -up location prior to acceptance. <br />6. Payment <br />Highway Patrol, Motor Fleet Management, and State Bureau of Investigation NET ten (10) days after receipt of <br />correct invoice or acceptance of vehicles, whichever is later. <br />All other agencies NET thirty (30) days after receipt of correct invoice or acceptance of vehicles, whichever is <br />later. <br />7. Taxes <br />Prices shown herein do not include North Carolina sales, use, or personal property tax. <br />Federal Tax — agencies are exempt from Federal taxes, such as excise and transportation.
