The project site is a 0.55 of an acre +/- tract of land identified as Lee <br />County Tax Parcel 9642 -66- 5381 -oo and zoned Residential -Mixed (R-6). The project site is a 5.39 acre +/- <br />tract of land identified as Lee County Tax Parcel 9 45-7317 -Oo and zoned General Commercial (C -2) and Highway <br />Commercial (HC) with a Conditional Use Permit.
