PRESENTATION OF PROCLAMATIONS III.A Proclamation Honoring Russell Spivey and His Years of Service to Lee County Chairman Smith presented a proclamation to General Services Director Russell Spivey for his 41 years of service to Lee County. Mr. Spivey has been promoted five times since the beginning of his service, and was instrumental in a number of projects throughout that time. A copy of the proclamation is attached and incorporated into these minutes. Motion: Motion to approve the Proclamation Honoring Russell Spivey and His Years of Service to Lee County. Mover: Dr. Andre Knecht For: 7 - Arianna Lavallee, Dr. Andre Knecht, Robert Reives, Cameron Sharpe, Kirk Smith, Bill Carver, Mark Lovick Motion Result: Passed 111.13 Proclamation Honoring Retiring Commissioner and Vice-Chair Arianna Lavallee Chairman Smith presented a proclamation to retiring Commissioner and Vice-Chair Arianna Lavallee for her service on the Board and to Lee County. Commissioner Lavallee was the youngest commissioner in the state in 2018 and has served as Vice-Chair, as well as several other boards in the County and region. A copy of the proclamation is attached and incorporated into these minutes. 3
