This set will be used for <br /> additional pricing and coordination prior to advancing the project to the design development phase. <br /> R8.60 Landscape Architecture-SDs: <br /> Coordinate with the design team and owner to prepare a Schematic Design layout based on the approved <br /> concept plan and owner input. Schematic Plans will include a schematic site layout, schematic landscape + <br /> landscape plan, and conceptual wayfinding signage.These plans will be used for additional pricing and <br /> coordination prior to advancing the project to the design development phase. <br /> DESIGN DEVELOPMENT(DD) <br /> FFF: $238,250 <br /> The design team will advance the schematic design drawings to prepare design development drawings and <br /> specifications to a level of detail equating to 60%construction drawings. These drawings will be compiled into a set <br /> of drawings to be submitted to the City of Sanford for TRC set for permitting. Additionally, this set and will be priced <br /> to ensure that the project is within budget. <br /> At a minimum, this will include the following sheets: <br /> > Cover Sheet; <br /> > Existing Conditions; <br /> > Demolition Plan; <br /> > Site Plan; <br /> > Erosion and Sedimentation Control Plan; <br /> > Erosion and Sedimentation Control Details; <br /> > Grading and Drainage Plan; <br /> > Drainage Details; <br /> > Utility Plan; <br /> > Utility Details; <br /> > Code Required Landscape Plan; <br /> > Enhanced Landscape Plan; <br /> > Hardscape Plan; <br /> > Wayfinding/Signage Plan; <br /> > Site/ landscape/ handscape Details; and <br /> > Project Manual to include technical specifications. <br /> creating experiences through experience 4 of 14 <br />
