nT iw Commercial Use of LCPR Parks • Permit Application Application Acceptance and Processing To be considered for a Commercial Use of Park Permit: 1. Complete and sign the Commercial Use of Park Property application. 2. Attach a valid Certificate of Insurance. 3. Submit the permit fee once approved. There is no proration of fees for applications submitted after the submission deadline. Submission deadline is during the period immediately preceding the permit period (example: to hold a permit for January 1-December 31, 2023 the submission must be completed on or prior to December 15, 2022). Permit Length Submission Deadline Permit Date I Price Whole Year (12 Months) December 151h January 11t- December 311t I $240 Half Year (6 Months) December 15th January 1st-June 30th $150 June 151h July 1st- December 31st Quarterly (3 Months) December 15th January 1st—March 31st $90 March 15th April 1st—June 30th June 151h July 1st—September 30th September 151h October 1st— December 31st Lee County Parks and Recreation Department will review the application for consistency with the purpose of public parks. The applicant will receive notice of approval or denial within five (5) business days. An approved applicant will then receive an email or phone call to collect payment. Once the payment has been processed,the applicant will receive an email with the Commercial Use Permit. Commercial Use of Park Property permit must be present any time activity occurs on park system property. ** Submission and approval of a Commercial Use Permit Application does not guarantee facility reservation or availability.
