" <br /> Motion Option 3 - Unique motion: The Planning Board members are free to create a unique motion <br /> based on different articulated findings, information that was provided during the public hearing, or other <br /> matters deemed important by the Board. <br /> REZONING REPORT FROM JULY 11, 2022 AGENDA <br /> REQUEST <br /> Rhetson Companies. Inc. has submitted a request to rezone a vacant 196 acre tract of land with frontage <br /> on Greenwood Road from Residential Restricted (RR) and Residential Agricultural (RA) to Highway <br /> Commercial (HC). The applicant intends to develop the site in a commercial manner and has submitted <br /> this Zoning Map Amendment Application for your consideration. This is a standard general use rezoning <br /> request, as opposed to a conditional rezoning request; therefore, no site plan/subdivision plans or <br /> building plans are required as part of the rezoning request. <br /> Public notification consisted of publishing a legal notice in the local newspaper, notification by mail to <br /> adjacent property owners, and public hearing signs placed on the property as per the requirements of the <br /> North Carolina General Statutes. <br /> GENERAL INFORMATION <br /> Applicant: Rhetson Companies, Inc I Mr. John Parker <br /> Property Owner: Georgia K.
