The County is maintaining ownership of one of the warehouses and <br /> that warehouse is excluded from the lease. CCCC's Board of Trustees and the State <br /> Community College Board has approved the lease and is ready to take over the new E. <br /> Eugene Moore Biotech and Solutions Center. The Board will be asked to waive its <br /> policy of not voting the same meeting after a public hearing in order to approve the <br /> lease on July 11 th.
