Clean out gutters, inspect downspout connections and repair as needed. (4). Clean off roof area and check fasteners. Retighten as needed. (5). Clean up and haul away all debris associated with this work. (6). All workmanship and materials involved in this work are guaranteed to be watertight for a period of 1 year. However, we do not give any warranty, either written or implied, guaranteeing this existing roof to be watertight. Total: $2,763.00 All materlal is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a workmanlike manner according to standard practices.
