BRITT <br /> REGISTER OF DEEDS <br /> FILED Aug 11, 2022 <br /> AT 04:09:02 pm <br /> BOOK 00003 <br /> START PAGE 0852 <br /> END PAGE 0852 <br /> INSTRUMENT # 06210 <br /> EXCISE TAX (None) <br /> f9 . . . *; <br /> ' 2 <br /> �Jk � � <br /> />> (:A -' <br /> RESOLUTION <br /> ADOPTING THE LEE COUNTY <br /> CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS PROGRAM <br /> FOR FISCAL YEARS 2022/2023 THROUGH 2026/2027 <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners and staff desire to produce a practical document <br /> in aspirations of providing an instrument to realistically guide taxpayer investment while <br /> minimizing long-term financial impact; and <br /> WHEREAS, a deliberate process has been applied to the Capital Improvements Program <br /> for Fiscal Years 2022/2023 through 2026/2027 that includes a detailed evaluation of <br /> financial capacity and impacts; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners adopted financial policies in 2005 to <br /> guide decisions related to capital financing, debt capacity and capital reserve <br /> appropriation; and <br /> WHEREAS, the projects included in the Capital Improvements Program will enhance the <br /> services delivered to all Lee County citizens now and in the future; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lee County Board of Commissioners does <br /> hereby adopt the attached Capital Improvements Program schedule for Fiscal Years <br /> 2022/2023 through 2026/2027; and <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Board of Commissioners directs County staff to use the <br /> adopted document as a guide for proceeding with the implementation of projects <br /> detailed in Fiscal Year 2022/2023. <br /> Adopted this 20th day of June, 2022. <br /> Aith <br /> Kir D.
