Smith, presiding, and Commissioners Bill Carver, Mark Lovick, Arianna Lavallee, Andre Knecht, Robert Reives, and Cameron Sharpe Absent: Also present: County Manager John Crumpton, County Attorney Whitney Parrish, Assistant County Manager/Finance Director Lisa Minter, and Deputy County Attorney/Clerk to the Board Jennifer Gamble * * * * * * County Attorney Whitney Parrish introduced the following resolution the title of which was read and copies of which had been previously distributed to each Commissioner: RESOLUTION CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING IN CONNECTION WITH THE FINANCING OF THE PURCHASE OF REAL PROPERTY WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners (the "Board") for the County of Lee, North Carolina (the "County") is considering the purchase of one parcel of property, an office building located at 115 Chatham Street, Sanford, NC, 27330 to be used by the County, the City of Sanford and Lee County Partnership for Prosperity, d/b/a Sanford Area Growth Alliance, for governmental purposes, and may rent additional space to other entities as needed, all pursuant to an installment financing arrangement;
