BOOK 22 P,1Gt AD <br />0 • Acceptance of a grant from the Governor's Crime Commission for extension of a <br />Gang Officer position; and <br />• Resolution amending the appointments to the Lee County Board of Equalization <br />and Review (copy attached) <br />Upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Dalrymple, Hayes, Kelly, Oldham, Paschal, Reives, and Shook <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />Pursuant to North Carolina General Statute 153A-52.1, Chairman Hayes opened the floor <br />for public comments. The following signed up to speak: <br />• Mr. Keith Clark, 233 Chris Cole Road, Sanford, addressed the Board with his <br />concerns for the 4,000 plus unemployed citizens in Lee County <br />Ms. Pat LeRoy from the American Red Cross - Triangle Area Chapter completed the <br />required paperwork to appear before the Board and discussed activity and service delivery for the <br />past twelve months. No action was taken. <br />Finance Director Lisa Minter presented the Monthly Financial Report for March 2009. No <br />action was taken. <br />With there being no further business to come before the Board, Commissioner Reives <br />moved to adjourn the meeting.
