IV.B Zoning Map Amendment (Rezoning) Application and Staff Report <br />Planning Administrator Amy McNeil presented a rezoning application by Koontz <br />Jones Design, PLLC to rezone a 25 acre vacant parcel off of Steel Bridge Road (SR <br />1318) from Residential Restricted (RR) to Residential Single Family (R-20). The <br />property is located opposite of Pocket Church Road (SR 1336) and is owned by the <br />Moore HL Properties, Inc., and is identified as Tax Parcel 9622-42-5184-00 as <br />depicted on Lee County Tax Maps 9622.03 and 9622.04. The district is in the <br />Tramway Fire Department District, not the Northwest Pocket District that was <br />originally notated in the agenda. The R-20 rezoning application proposes 29 single <br />family detached residential lots for the property.
