Horton Pool — Supply chain issues — American made products (ARPA) — are causing <br />delays with construction start up. Staff and the contractors are working through the issue <br />and will report at the next meeting what we need to do get this started. The Federal <br />Uniform Code has caused several hurdles to emerge with this project. <br />Hale Center — The new HVAC system for the Hale Center gym is now in the design <br />phase. We anticipate being out to bid in around 60 days. Our target is to have this <br />complete in time for the Brush and Palette show in September/October and the early <br />voting period for the General Elections in October. <br />Other Items <br />COVID-19 Update — The Manager will give an update on the pandemic at the meeting. <br />FY 2022-23 Budget Process — I have received all the Budget Requests from all <br />Departments and outside agencies. The only budget request I do not have is the Lee <br />County Board of Education. I have completed Department Reviews and will be reviewing <br />outside agencies this week. The Commissioners budget calendar is listed below with the <br />May and June meeting dates. <br />Reports <br />Tax — March 2022 Monthly Tax Collection Report. <br />Community Development — Technical Review Committee Agenda —04-05-2022. <br />Building Inspections — Monthly Building Report — March 2022. <br />Parks and Recreation — The Parks and Recreation Advisory Board Agenda for their April <br />5, 2002 is attached. <br />Library Board of Trustees - The Library Director's report for April is attached, along with <br />the April 13, 2022 Board of Trustees Agenda. <br />LCEMS — First Health's March reports are attached. <br />
